Terms and Conditions
ALL RESERVATIONS CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PLEASE NOTE: Friday evenings through Saturday evenings, all of our on-site activities are closed (ball courts, boating, game room, laundry room, office, store, swimming pool). You are compensated for this with a free night’s stay. If you choose, you may spend the day off-site enjoying the nearby towns OR just stay on-site as a restful day appreciating the beauty of nature at Fieldstone Farm Resort.
“Summer” rates are in effect from Memorial Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend, and for the first week of deer hunting season (mid-November, dates vary).
“Winter” rates are in effect at all other times.
Hall of Fame Induction Week (Full Week Rentals Only) rates are based on area market value. For 2021 Induction, use search for availability (Full week – Friday 7/23/21 through Friday 7/30/21)
To help keep our rates down, we do not provide a daily maid service.
Additional Equipment and Charges for “Extras”
- Boat rentals: $5/hr per person
- Pets (each): $75/week, $12/day
Pets: Pets are welcome but please keep them under control. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside and you must clean up after them. They must also be crated if you plan to leave them here alone all day. Please be aware that we do not accept the following breeds: Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Akita and Rottweiler.
Tax: 4% county occupancy tax and 8% state sales tax are added to all rentals. If you are tax exempt (school groups, Scouts, etc.) you must furnish us with a signed and completed copy of your tax exempt certificate on or prior to registration.
Reservation Information: During the summer months, mid-June to late August, we give preference to full-week bookings. We accept short-stay bookings during those months when there are vacancies. We have a 2-night minimum on holiday weekends year-round. Check in: Rooms will be ready by 3:00 p.m. Check out: 10:00 a.m.
Deposits: 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. To make your deposit by credit card, please call us at 888-353-3276. Payments by check or Money Order can be mailed to Fieldstone Farm Resort, 201 Roses Hill Road, Richfield Springs, NY 13439. Deposits must be received within 7 days of your reservation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
100% Refund if cancellation within 60 days – minus applicable service fees.
50% Refund if cancellation within 14 days – minus applicable service fees.
No Refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
For full-week summer bookings, 60 days notice required; for short-stays summer or holiday weekends year-round, 14 days notice required; 24-hour notice required at all other times.
